HISTORY No one is sure what it was, but the people living above ground began to evolve, some more apparently and rapidly than others. When these changes became more widespread, the ‘normal’ humans were evacuated underground. Those changed are the Affected. Rumours indicate that it is Precision Horizons who is at fault, although what exactly they were doing to cause such an event remains unclear. For more discussion, see the unaffected page.
